On 09.11.2021 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, on 10.12.2021, the case was again adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 16.12.2021 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and a request for adjournment was received on the WhatsApp Group. Yet again, the matter was adjourned on 14.01.2022 and 02.02.2022. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, a message has been received in the WhatsApp Group for an adjournment on the ground that the counsel for the petitioner is in personal difficulty. There is no ground to further adjourn the case which has already been adjourned on numerous dates on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
