Prayer in this criminal writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 10.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner and to restrain the respondents from subjecting the petitioner to illegal harassment, intimidation and interference without following due process of law.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor her counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
