Dated Police Station Sections 16.07.2017 Rajendra Park, Gurugram 174-A IPC Seeking quashing of the FIR captioned above, the accused has come up before this court under Section 482 CrPC.

The accused/petitioner could not appear before the trial Court and including summons, the concerned court finally proceeded against the petitioner under section 82 of CrPC and declared the petitioner a proclaimed offender vide aforesaid order and present FIR got registered against the petitioner.

After issuance of proclamation, the matter got settled between the parties. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the parties i.e. respondent appeared before the learned JMIC, Gurugram on 01.06.2019 and states that he he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint as the full and final payment has been received. Report of the trial Court dated 16.11.2021 is annexed with CRM-M-45762-2021. 5.

The petitioner explains about his non-appearance before the trial Court. In the case's factual background, I am satisfied with the explanation offered.
