The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.11.2016 and charge sheet dated 03.11.2016, Annexure P-14 (Colly.).

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last three occasions. The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.
