Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner of Police, District Panchkula to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioner examined from a senior officer. In case, it is found that there is genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.
