**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 31.01.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in case registered vide NACT/5383 of 2019 titled as Surjit Singh vs. Sukhdeep Singh Birdi. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Even on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 05.02.2024 and 28.09.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the said petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
