Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to register an FIR under Section 174-A IPC (now Section 209 of BNSS, 2023) against respondents No.4 and 5, in pursuance to the order dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned JMIC, Ludhiana, in COMA-8524/2021, titled as "M/s Supreme Import v. M/s Nirmal Ward Pvt. Ltd. etc." (Annexure P-1). 2.

Heard.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the averments on record, this petition is disposed of with a direction that, in case the petitioner approaches the learned Magistrate highlighting noncompliance of order dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), the learned Magistrate shall decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
