***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents for issuing No Objection Certificates/No Dues Certificates to the petitioners with regard to advance loan amount taken by them from the respondentdepartment for personal necessity, as all instalments of principal as well as interest amount of said advance loan have already been deposited by the petitioners/employees.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, qua the same cause, have already submitted representations dated 26.07.2018 (Annexures P-1 to 4), but it has not been adverted by the respondents till date.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, on the pending representations of the petitioners by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners also seeks decision on the pending representations, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representations dated 26.07.2018 (Annexures P-1 to P-4) of the petitioners and pass an administrative order, giving reasons thereof, in accordance with law. 7.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible but, in any case, not later than 30 days.

Disposed of accordingly.
