On instructions from him, learned State counsel submits that the order dated 15.12.2017, Annexure P-3 passed by respondent No.3-Additional Deputy Commissionercum-Additional District Magistrate, Khanna, District Ludhiana (while exercising powers under the Act) would be implemented within two days from today.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.

Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any cause of action survives.
