**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, vide order dated 21.09.2020. At the outset, learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that after filing of the present petition, respondent No.2 has already been granted the concession of regular bail by the learned trial Court on 09.07.2021 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
