AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) This common order of mine shall dispose of aforesaid two appeals since common questions of law and facts are involved in the same. Present appeal is directed against the award dated 12.2.2014 whereby the learned MACT, Ludhiana while allowing the claim petition of the claimants granted recovery rights to the Insurance Company. Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company submitted that during the pendency of the present appeal, a report of the District Transport Officer, Gurdaspur has been received whereby it is found that the driver at the time of accident had valid driving licence. In view of aforesaid, the appeals are accepted with the

FAO No.1587 of 2016 (O&M) #2# modification that the findings recorded by the learned Tribunal qua grant of recovery rights are hereby set aside.
