(Oral) This petition has been filed with the grievance that the guardianship case has been instituted in a Court within the territorial jurisdiction of which the minor is not residing and accordingly, the said Court has no jurisdiction in the matter.

This petition cannot be entertained at this stage as the petitioner has not approached the concerned Court before approaching this Court. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for appropriate relief in the first instance.
