By way of present petition filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 for holding an enquiry on the complaint dated 16.12.2024 (Annexure P-16), regarding the fraud committed by respondents No.4 to 7, in connivance with the employees of respondent No.3 by misusing the credentials of the petitioner, forging documents and illegally showing the petitioner as a Director in a Company, in which he had no involvement.. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as are available to him under the law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
