(ORAL) The only limited prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a consideration of the application filed by the petitioner herein who is seeking appointment against letter dated 12.04.2012 since post is still lying vacant. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by giving a direction to the respondents that in case the petitioner moves a fresh representation along with the certified copy of this order within two weeks, the same be decided expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months on receipt of the same.
