Only grievance of the petitioner is that he was wrongly considered in Group -1 due to inadvertent mistake in the affidavit submitted by counsel before the Corporation-Authorities. This led to rejection of his candidature.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Corporation submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, a speaking order shall be passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to him.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
