**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 506, 379-A of IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.388, dated 24.09.2021, registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of the order dated 01.11.2021, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, though the petitioner had joined the investigation, but was again directed to join investigation, vide order dated 08.09.2022 of this Court, and thereafter, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated with the investigating agency.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Ajit Singh, confirms the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. JAWALA RAM 2022.10.18 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the adinterim order dated 01.11.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
