(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Manish Kumar @ Mani in a case arising from FIR No.85 dated 28.05.2018 registered under Section 22 and later on added Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Kotakpura, District Faridkot, Punjab.
According to the prosecution, petitioner was apprehended with conscious possession of 5000 Clavidol-100 SR tablets consisting salt Tramadol Hydrochloride, without any permit or licence. Heard.
Considering recovery of heavy quantity of contraband i.e. 5000 Clavidol-100 SR tablets from the petitioner, he does not deserve the RAVINDER SINGH 2020.01.27 11:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
