RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court by way of impugning the order dated 20.01.2020 passed by learned ASJ, Jalandhar, vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated 31.08.2019 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, granting Rs.4,000/- per month maintenance to the respondent-wife and Rs.2,000/- as rent for alternative accommodation alongwith one time litigation expenses, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present revision petition on the ground that the matter has been compromised.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
