The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary legal action against respondents No.5 and 6 for issuance of passport to respondent No.6 by concealment of fact regarding FIRs registered against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
