Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 14.07.2022. In case, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the next date of hearing, this writ petition may be dismissed in default.

Learned counsel for the petitioners be notified of the date fixed."

Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.07.2022, on which date also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners and accordingly, the petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. AMAN JAIN 2023.01.18 04:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-5007-2017 (O&M) -2On 25.08.2022, though there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, yet the order dated 14.07.2022 was recalled and the matter was restored to its original number and the case was adjourned to 29.11.2022.

On 29.11.2022 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Same is the situation today as well.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
