(ORAL) Having addressed arguments for some time, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, both on locus as well as on merits, apart from having approached this Court too belatedly, as the positive case pleaded in the petition is that advertisement for appointment of retail dealers was issued way back on 25.11.2018 by the Corporation and thereafter, after following the procedure as prescribed in law, not only the allotment has been made but even the retail outlet stands commissioned and is currently functional, the learned counsel for the petitioner, confronted with these observations of this Court, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority for alternative remedy available, if any.
