Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking issuance of directions to the Principal Judge, Camp Court-cum-Family Curt, Malerkotla (Respondent No. 2) to decide the application i.e. MNT21 of 2021 dated 9th February, 2021 at the earliest. The application for interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was filed in February, 2021. From the pleadings, it is not forthcoming that there is any delay on the part of the Court concerned for deciding the application. There is nothing on record to show that any request before the Court concerned was made for early disposal of the application.
