 0&1 '2   Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction upon the official respondents to decide the legal notice dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has served legal notice dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) upon respondent No.1; however, the same has not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case direction is issued to respondent No.1 - Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh to consider and decide the aforesaid legal notice 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), in time bound manner. 3.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Armaan Saggar, Advocate appear on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel submits that the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) within a period of four weeks from today. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 - Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh/competent authority to consider and decide legal notice dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of four weeks from today.
