Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.8 dated 10.01.2018 under Section 295-A IPC, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

The perusal of the record shows that first petition for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 27.08.2018. It was specifically held that present petitioner has put an article on Facebook.com, in which he had written against Lord Rama etc. It was also held in that order that perusal of the article shows that it had hurt the feelings of large number of followers and this Court had also perused the VINEET GULATI 2019.09.10 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh copy of the post/article. In view of the nature and gravity of the offence,

CRM No.M-35594 of 2019 -2that petition was dismissed.

Now, there is no changed circumstance for grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this second petition, the same is dismissed.
