Balbir Singh v. The Honble Lokayukta Haryana And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No. 26922 of 2019 Date of decision:19.05.2022 BALBIR SINGH ......Petitioner Vs THE HONBLE LOKAYUKTA HARYANA & ORS .....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJ MOHAN SINGH
Present:
None RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Perusal of the various interlocutory orders on record would show that learned counsel for the petitioner has not argued this case on any of the occasions except to seek adjournments. On 29.10.2019 and 16.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 18.02.2020, while granting last opportunity to learned counsel for the petitioner, it was made clear that no further adjournment would be granted. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite two pass overs. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case any more. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
