This is a civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 4 to defer the physical possession of the mortgaged property i.e. residential house and factory situated at Khanna for 15 days on humanitarian grounds.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 has submitted that the petitioner is not the owner of the residential premises. It is further submitted that the possession of the factory has already been taken. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 has further pointed out that it is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, who is the owner of the premises. 3.
