(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of a mandamus hence directing respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to give protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners, and against any interference in the peaceful life of the petitioners being made at the behest of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court, to, withdraw the instant petition. Permission granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, as and when, co-petitioner No. 2 (Deepak) acquires the age of majority for the relevant purpose, and, if Payal arrayed as copetitioner No. 1, is at that stage, ready and willing to marry co-petitioner No. 2, thereupon, co-respondent No. 3 (SHO) shall ensure that both the petitioners solemnize their marriage according to the relevant rituals / rites.
