The present appeal pertains to the year 2013. No one has been appearing on behalf of the appellant since 30.05.2017. Vide order dated 18.11.2019 notice was issued to the appellant. 2.

As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that he is not residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal concerned and is the same on which the notice was sent.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
