RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to set aside or modify the speaking order passed by the respondents on 19.04.2017, Annexure P-6, with a further prayer to direct the respondents to do what was requested in representations, dated 09.03.2016, Annexures P-1 to P-3. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed rendering present petition as infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
