(Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 226 of the Constitution of India has been invoked for issuing a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of the detenue, namely Divya Budhiraja, who is stated to be in illegal confinement of respondents No.4 and other family members.

Learned State counsel submits that the detenue namely Divya Budhiraja, legally wedded wife of the petitioner has joined the company of the petitioner and is living with him since 21.06.2026. This factual position has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The cause in the petition no longer survives and the petition stands disposed of as such.
