**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that initially by order dated 28.10.2016, the petitioner was posted against a vacant post at Govt. Primary School, Jalalabad, however, the petitioner was not allowed to join. At the present moment, the petitioner impugns the order dated 04.11.2016 by which one Shruti Kukreja, ETT has been posted on the same station on which the petitioner had been posted but was not allowed to join.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and I am of the considered opinion that the transfers are on account of administrative exigencies. This transfer order was issued on 04.11.2016 and the instant writ petition has been filed almost after the period of five months. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter on account of delay. Dismissed.
