(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-8) whereby, petitioner has been asked to join the office of the Transport Commissioner, Haryana (Head Quarter) and for setting aside the draft charge-sheet framed against the petitioner under Rule7 of the Haryana Civil Service Rules, 2016. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
