Petitioner, working as English Lecturer in Government Senior Secondary School,Tanda Batha,District Fatehgarh Sahib is seeking directions to respondents not to harass him in performing his duties at his present place of posting. He has given details of alleged harassment and humiliation meted out to him previously and the litigation that arose out of such alleged harassment and humiliation. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
