CM-5360-2020 in/and CWP-30452-2018 Prayer in the application is for placing on record Order No.OIV-7/2019-Org.-DA-IV dated 04.06.2020, issued by Government of India, Annexure P17 and disposing of the main matter on its basis. It is contended that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents Union of India have sanctioned 30 posts of Subedar Major ( Hindi Translator) by upgrading them as Assistant Commandant (Official Language) vide order No.O.IV-7/2019-Org.-DA-IV dated MEENU 2020.06.19 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Consequently, the abolition/upgradation of the post of Subedar Major (Hindi Translator) is to be implemented by the respondent CRPF, as per the Recruitment Rules of AC (OL), which already exist." In view of Annexure P-17, dated 04.06.2020, it is evident that the present writ petition is rendered infructuous to that extent. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to implement their own order dated 04.06.2020, Annexure P-17, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
