**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer made in the instant writ petition is for releasing of arrears as recommended vide letter dated 15.07.2014 wherein it had been decided to grant 6 M.D. increments with a further prayer for release of medical leave as recommended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already approached the department for the necessary relief but as on date no such action has been taken thereon.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order, who in turn, on receipt of the said representation, are directed to decide the same by passing Satyawan 2017.03.15 12:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
