Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing promotion order dated 29.11.2019 (P11) and further directing respondents No.1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Assistant Superintendent (Revenue) from the date when his juniors were promoted along with all consequential benefits. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
