The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No. 3 to 10 for not sending the petitioners for Lower School Course, 2025, which is likely to commence in the month of June, 2026 at Madhuban, Karnal as the petitioners have been selected for the promotion List-B 1, under 35% seniority-cum-fitness category.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Lower School Course 2025 is to commence from 27.06.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also referred to a judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-18791-2026 titled EHC Virender and others vs. State of Haryana and others decided on 03.06.2026, wherein in terms of judgment dated 04.09.2025 passed in POONAM BHATT 2026.06.26 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-19378-2026 -2CWP-24483-2025 titled EHC Sandeep Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, a direction was given to respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioners for the purpose of undergoing Lower School Course. 4.

In terms of the judgment rendered in Sandeep Kumar's case (supra) and Virender's case (supra), a direction is given to the respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioners for the purpose of undergoing Lower School Course for the year 2025.

Disposed of accordingly.
