(ORAL) Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.271, dated 10.08.2021, registered for offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 302, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 & Section 25 of Arms Act (Sections 326 IPC & 27, 30 of Arms Act added later on) at Police Station IMT Rohtak, District Rohtak, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail.

Reply by way of affidavit of Rakesh Kumar, HPS, DSP, Sampla District Rohtak has been filed on behalf of respondent-State today in Court, which is taken on record. Copy supplied. 3.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 04.11.2023 passed by ASJ, Rohtak. However, the same does not reveal that whether the petitioner furnished his bail bonds before the Trial Court or not. 4.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is again directed to appear before the Trial Court on 18.12.2023 and furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court concerned if not already furnished. 5.
