(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that on the next date of hearing, on the basis of compromise reached between the parties, the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the Family Court, Ludhiana.

In view of the undertaking given by counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that though he is not aware of the arrival of compromise between the parties, but however, in view of the undertaking so given, he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement given by his counsel today, in the Court.
