  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer is for quashing the impugned order dated 01.05.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jagraon, vide which the proclamation proceedings had been issued against the petitioner in CRM-344-2023 titled as 'State vs Gulshan Kaur'. At the outset, learned State counsel on the instructions from ASI Manjit Kumar, submits that vide order dated 04.07.2023, the petitioner has already been declared as a proclaimed offender. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
