AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Concededly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an election petition. The apprehension of Mr. S.S.Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner is that if the petitioner files an election petition, the presiding officer will not decide the same in accordance with the statutory provisions of Rule 86 of Haryana Cooperative Societies Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as "1989 Rules").
In case, the petitioner chooses to file an election petition, the authority below shall endeavour to decide the same in accordance with the provisions of Rule 86 of Rules, 1989.
In view of the aforementioned, the writ petition stands disposed of.
