*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner Jaibir Singh and four others, who had been working as Sweepers with Municipal Council, Charikhidadri since the year 2017 have since been removed from service without any reason on 27.7.2021. They had submitted a representation addressed to SDM-cum-Chairman, Municipal Council, Charikhidadri dated 5.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) but that did not evoke any response, as such they have filed the present writ petition praying that a direction be issued to the respondents to consider their representation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law.
