ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, directing the respondents to pass an order of confirmation of auction in favour of the petitioners in a specified time. An inordinate delay is alleged in the petition. Further prayer has been made to compensate the petitioners for causing undue delay and deprivation of their rights to use and occupy the agricultural land measuring 9 Bighas 10 Biswas. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied if Legal notice dated 04.11.2020 (Annexure P-7) is decided within a stipulated period.

In the premise, withoutcommenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to look into the Legal Notice dated 04.11.2020 (Annexure P-7) and also by SONU 2020.12.16 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

keeping in view the contentions stated in the present petition and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
