(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby petition filed by respondents No.3 and 4 under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 was allowed. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 (Senior citizens-parents of the petitioner) submits that they have amicably settled their differences with their son and proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
