JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is serving as Social Study Mistress at a consolidated salary on contract basis and remained posted at various Adarsh Schools. She has impugned her transfer from GSSSS, Kala Nangal to Government Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Bhikhariwal, within the same District Gurdaspur, vide order dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P4). The said transfer has been made on account of rationalization policy. At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
