RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the order dated 16.05.2023, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.2 vide which respondent No.4 has been appointed as an Administrator of Gram Panchayat, Khadak Khawaja, District Ferozepur, unconstitutionally, illegally and against the provisions of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. However learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that Notification vide which Panchayats of Punjab were dissolved, has already been withdrawn and thus this petition has become infructuous as the charge taken by the Administrator would be handed over to the Sarpanch and the same may be dismissed as such.

Dismissed as infructuous.
