Only grievance of the petitioner is that timings of his route permit are sought to be changed vide Annexure P-2. He has filed objections, Annexure P-3/T. However, no decision has been taken thereon. On the asking of the court, Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that if any such objections, Annexure P-3/T have been received in the office of concerned authority, decision thereon shall be taken within one month, in case, they are found to be maintainable.

In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary.

Petition is hereby disposed of.
