(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the issue raised in the petition stands already decided in the petitioner's favour by this Court vide judgment dated 29.04.2019 passed in CWP-22558-2016 titled Suraj Parkash Bajaj v. State of Haryana and others, and also the order passed in review application, RA No.402 of 2019 dated 16.10.2019. Therefore, the second respondent may be directed to decide the petitioner's case on that basis.

Learned State counsel contends that appropriate decision regarding the claim raised in the petition will be taken by the second respondent on the basis of law laid down in the aforesaid judgment within a period of three months.
