On 03.12.2018, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as per the final merit list of Male Constable, District Kaithal for B-I test 2014 (Annexure P2), the name of the petitioner is reflected at Sr. No. 23 for being sent to the lower school course in list B-1 test 2014. Now the petitioner is the only senior person to be sent for lower school course for the year 2014 but the name of Constable Rajiv Kumar has been approved for the year 2014. However, he has already passed the lower school course for the year 2015. Notice of motion for 05.03.2019.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner scored less than requisite marks and was declared 'fail' in B-1 test, thus, was not deputed for Lower School Course. He further submits that in view of aforesaid fact the instant petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
Faced with aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to file representation to authorities in the light of para No.13 of reply dated 27.02.2019 filed by State. 4.
Dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
