NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of filing the present appeal, the appellant has assailed the order dated 06.07.2023 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, vide which the regular bail application filed by the appellant in case FIR No. 0037 dated 16.05.2021 registered under Sections 201, 376(2)(n), 452 and 506 IPC; Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(b) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 at Police Station Women, Rohtak, was dismissed.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
Permitted to do so.
